I have experienced wonderful changes in my own body and life through a regular yoga

practice and wanting to help others achieve that same positive transformation is what

brought me to teaching. Simply put, I love yoga, and I feel blessed and honored to be

able to share my passion for the practice with everyone who attends my classes.



A few things you should know about yoga. You will sweat. You will stretch. You

will strengthen and lengthen your muscles and increase your stamina. You will be

challenged and you will meet those challenges with a determined ease. You will learn

things about yourself you never knew before. You will leave with more flexibility both in

body and mind and walk away from your mat feeling empowered, calmer, and maybe

even inspired.

Yoga is as much a mental practice as a physical one. It is great “exercise” on its own

and a wonderful compliment to other exercise regimens. So what is stopping you? Why
